For inside mounting, measure your window’s height, width, and depth. The window depth should be at least 2.5 inches to fit properly. The blind width should be about 1/4 inch less than the window width for a seamless fit. This results in a fabric width of at least 32 inches, ensuring a professional look.
Outside Mounting
Outside mounting requires lower dimensions. The blind width should be 3-6 inches wider than the window width to avoid visible gaps. Additionally, the blind length needs to be at least 6 inches longer than the window length to fully cover the window.
